At Bohaul, we are committed to providing high-quality handcrafted products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This policy is designed in accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 181 of 2018).
Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that:
• The product is unused.
• The product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
• The product is accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note that products that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or altered after delivery may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us process your request quickly, we may ask you to provide clear photos of the product and its packaging.
Once the issue is verified, you may choose between:
• A replacement product.
• A full refund.
• Any other remedy available under applicable Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
Refund Process
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but we aim to complete refunds within 7–14 business days after approval.
Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Bohaul.eg will bear all return and replacement shipping costs.
• For returns requested for reasons other than product defects or our error, original and return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
Handmade Products
As our products are handcrafted using natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, dimensions, or finish are considered part of the product’s unique character and are not regarded as defects.
