Can I use them outside?
For outdoor spaces, we recommend our bamboo lights! Bamboo is naturally tough and holds up very well in covered outdoor areas like a sheltered patio, porch, or veranda.
How do I clean my woven lamp?
Dust it gently with a soft cloth, a feather duster, or a vacuum with a soft brush attachment. For small spots, wipe gently with a damp cloth and let it air dry completely. Never soak the lamp in water or use harsh chemical sprays.
What are your lights made of?
Our lamps and chandeliers are handmade from natural materials like rattan, bamboo, jute, linen, and wood, built over a strong metal frame. Because they are made by hand from natural fibers, slight differences in color and weave are normal and make each piece unique.
Will my light arrive safely?
Yes. We pack every fixture in sturdy, double-thick boxes with protective padding so the woven shades do not get crushed during delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If anything arrives broken, take a few clear photos of the item and the box within 24 hours of delivery. Send them to us on WhatsApp with your order number, and we will send you a replacement right away.
