Refund and Exchange Policy

At Bohaul.eg, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a transparent shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds – Within 2 Days Only

We accept refund requests within 2 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • You must send not less than 4 clear pictures of the product 

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds will not be accepted:

  • After the 2-day window.

  • If the product shows signs of use or damage not reported upon delivery.

Exchanges – With Full Product Photos

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • A request for exchange must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • You must provide clear, complete photos of the product from all angles showing:

    • The item’s full condition

Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval by our team based on the photos provided.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Send clear photos showing the damaged item.

  • Once verified, we will offer a full refund or free replacement.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or damage.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • We do not accept exchanges for change of mind, size, or color preference unless clearly communicated with photos and approved.
